At various points in life, I’ve been all of those types. In the context of a group that is trying to accomplish the best results, you have to access the best person for each task and switch roles when goals change.

I think each person could be a mix of all these at times: sometimes we're brave, in control, avoidant, or friendly. It depends who we are dealing with, how much we know them or trust them, and how much we love them; regardless on their mistakes or cons that we're aware of.
