In Maryland we steam live never had boiled crabs

So... How will i be able feel the crawfish taste with that huge amount of seasoning? We usually only boil crawfish with dill, some black peppercorns, bay leafs and salt. This way the taste is really balanced and you can enjoy the taste of crawfish itself.
