one of my favorite Kitchens. Average day the owner can get breakfast themselves, Watch TV and cook if they enjoy it. For a party, a chef can come in, and the island bar becomes a buffet for guests, or staging food before its taken out. warming drawer great for catering and preping multiple dishes. can have a main course warming if guest are lingering over the appetizers.

five bedrooms is also nice. Can use some for an office, extra hangout TV watching space, but convert to sleeping area for family, friends, guests etc. Much more flexible than some units that I've watched.

The best part of this condo is that it sits above the Park Hyatt and you can order room service from the hotel. The decor however, that needs work.
