All the other hosts of real estate tours are so rushed. Why are they in such a hurry? Why do they talk so fast? Ryan is relaxed and calm. I really get to enjoy the properties when he hosts the tours. Thanks, Ryan! BTW, I might purchase this place after I finish paying off my Camry. Merry Christmas!

Aside from the views and the price, I don't actually mind the guide this time. Love his expression when he sat down to play the piano. He seems human compared to all the rest.

This guy is awesome. From "im a broker now, " to "i would bubble bath at least 4 times a day, " to "who can see you, Nasa?" Ryan managed to make this tour wonderfully entertaining and pleasant. and break free from the stuffiness of a lot of other presenters on youtube, but still managed to evoke an emotional reaction to an apartment viewers simply couldn't afford. I didn't feel jealous, I didn't feel envy, at the end of the video with the terrace, I felt happy. He managed to put into perspective how cool it is that a place like this exists, and shuffled us away from the very real fact that it wont be experienced by any of us. That takes a lot of persuasion, even to forget that for just 10 minutes!

Big props.

My first thought was "How long does it take to get from the ground floor to the apartment?" My second thought was "How many elevators does it take to get there?" And my third was "How cool would it be to look out those huge windows, so high up, during a storm?"

I have to say they found the right person to present this place. (Nice job, Ryan Serhant!)

I want this guy to do the house tour in every architectural digest video. Great sense of humor!

Okay, either this gentleman is a really, really good actor or he genuinely delighted in showing this space and his enthusiasm is so contagious. He also has such a way with words. One of my faves was re: the bathroom: "Who's going to see you? NASA?" lmbo. I mean, you're not wrong. I wish he'd give others in the business lessons in presentation! Shout out to the camera crew also. Those shots were breathtaking. Truly enjoyed this, thank you!

The commission alone on this would be retirement status.

News was reporting that this apartment sways in the wind, has high pitch whistling sounds due to the wind, and that the outdoor terrace is almost useless due to the high winds.

Ryan blows the other guys away! Love this guy…great sense of humor and remains relatable and down to earth while laying on the bed of a 250 million dollar penthouse. How he does it I have no idea, but good for him! Not sure if Ryan does many of these or if this is his channel (just stumbled across this), but would much rather watch him tour real estate around the world than the other popular people. Good job!

I actually really liked this host. He seemed as in awe of this place as we are. He seemed human. Give this guy more videos to star in!

I can't even comprehend having that much money first of all, let alone putting it all down for an apartment.

Finally we get to see the inside! By far the best penthouse ever!! The 250 mil price tag actually doesn't seem that far fetch when considering other buildings in Billionaire's row and that if you buy this penthouse you're essentially buying the whole building beneath you to have the luxury to be that high up.

I don't care how ridiculous and opulent it is, I would absolutely love to live there. Human engineering is insane.

This place is just unbelievable, I'm South African, we have a place called Sandton, which has pretty amazing apartments with massive floor plans on higher levels, but this... this is just stunning, the peace of mind you'll have up there, the serenity, the privacy, and you can't forget the luxury. It's such a beautiful and grand design, I've truly never seen anything like it. And the ball room, I mean really?? Why? Cause you can! Plus the outdoor space which you can really use well if you know how to utilize space. Incredible, I'm completely amazed. Not that I'll ever be able to afford it, but to know this is there for someone to live in, it's spectacular.
