About 432 Park Avenue:
Located on Park Avenue between 56th and 57th Streets, 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. Designed by Rafael Vinoly, this extraordinary 96 story tower rises 1,396 feet and redefines the Manhattan skyline. All windows measure an expansive 10 feet by 10 feet, flooding residences with abundant natural light and spectacular views of Central Park, the Hudson and East Rivers, Atlantic Ocean, and many iconic Manhattan buildings and avenues.

The interiors of the residences, designed by celebrated architect Deborah Berke, epitomize elegance and sophistication. Residences feature 12’-6” finished ceilings, private elevator landings, service entrances, windowed eat-in kitchens, and large master bedroom suites with two bathrooms and adjoining dressing rooms. Interior finishes include solid oak flooring, custom hardware, and the highest quality natural materials. Windowed kitchens feature white lacquer and natural oak cabinetry, Miele stainless steel appliances, Dornbracht fixtures, marble countertops and floors, and windowed breakfast bars overlooking the Manhattan skyline. Generously proportioned Master Bedroom Suites include two bathrooms fitted in book-matched slabs of Italian statuario marble with freestanding soaking tubs, cubic marble vanities with 22” oval sinks, and radiant heated floors. Staff suites, office suites, climate-controlled wine cellars and storage units are also available for purchase.

At that range, you could go to Kyoto, buy land the size of two football fields, by the beach, then build a mansion for yourself there surrounded by bonsai trees and a moat full of koi fish. Oh, and with the tens of millions that will still be left, you could feed your family along with one entire village for the next 50 years.

For $135, 000, 000 I expect an island with fertile soil, Wells, a stream with salmon, lots of sun ( solar power / free energy ) and a stunning self cleaning villa with self cleaning interior and exterior walls. A bonus would be a portal to the local shopping centre 😀

“It’s super unique.” Translation: It’s going to be a very hard sale.

This has to be the most overpriced apartment in the world. I cant imagine someone seriously spending $135 million for this place.

Imagine how expensive this apt would be if it was decorated and furnished properly!

I never knew that Japanese inspired design so closely resembled IKEA.

That is by far the most overpriced real estate on this channel. Even The One is a bargain compared to this

I can't deny there are some wonderfully elegant touches throughout, but for me the overall impression is of soullessness. So much for so little.

Observation: Even Enes’s voice was calm touring this house

An empty apartment for 135 million. I would like to hear from the developer 10 arguments for justifying this price.

The salon looks like a boardroom. The views are incredible. The price obscene.

I love house tours in general now but one thing I've learned to really appreciate is the filming from Mikey and Jayson. They do such a great job, there isn't any other house tour channel that can match them. Obviously we all think Enes is great but they're also helping make this channel awesome.

Good job again, guys!

It's the phone on 10:54 that makes sure perfection doesn't exist. :-)
