$1 million dollar apartment, $44 million view.

I have to be honest - it feels like someone glued an office to a hotel that's trying too hard. It feels cold and almost industrial. I'm imagining myself sitting alone in the great hall and feeling incredibly alone.

Great video! For 2023, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.

This property doesn't really feel like a house until you get the owners wing, everything else looks a very business corporate entertaining space. Great video as always Erik!

$45m dollars and I can't even have a morning coffee out in the open.

It's almost frightening... It's so far away from anything that look like nature and human size environment ! I could never call such a place my "home" : no garden, no terrasse or balcony to get out in the open air to enjoy a barbecue in the sun, no fireplace, no feeling of security (earthquakes, airplanes, lol) and no feeling of intimacy. With that price, I'd buy my whole village in the Swiss Alps 😄 But I admit the landscape over NYC is amazing.

That old saying that you can't buy good taste. The wallpaper/furniture is just ghastly.

Also can't fathom paying $45m for an apartment and not having a balcony, it's basically the prime reason you'd pay for a premium apartment like that.

Do love that spa though, that's pretty awesome and the views are killer, albeit having several taller buildings interrupting several of them is a bummer.

I just wanted to point out how amazing you’re doing with the tour, your vocabulary and the way of presenting. BR from Germany

I'm not sure if this worth $45 million, but it sure has terrific views! For this amount of money, I'd like to be in higher building, not looking up at them. The bathrooms don't look overly spacious ...I'd rather have a few more bathtubs. The finishes in most rooms are well-chosen, but not the furniture 😬 It's fun to be a critic of something that is so unachievable for me to even fathom dreaming about it.

I’ve just recently found your channel, Eric, and what I love about your presentation and what sets you apart from so many other property tour channels is your refreshing and non-repetitive description of each location. Somehow you’re able to define the unique elements of each bit of real estate with a unique perspective, while keeping the content lively and interesting. Engaging the viewers with invitations to provide their own opinion regarding certain aspects of your tours also demonstrates an intelligent, active and curious mind - which is a tremendous asset. Thank you for continuing to enthusiastically pursue access to new places for us - it’s greatly appreciated!

Many of these homes are far from our reach though. Yet, I like to watch your videos for the elegance and detail you bring to your work. Hope one day I can make a life gigantic enough for myself 😆 all the best for your future videos too. You impress people quite good and that's a superb quality

I would really be wanting that third bedroom to be an office that could turn into an artist studio / hobby place. It would be perfect.

The space and the view are incredible. But if I had the money to buy it, I would definitely change a lot inside

I prefer my modest $750, 000 home in Christchurch, New Zealand. 4 Bedrooms + Office + 2.5 Bathrooms. A nice Garden that I can grow Fruit and Vegetables in, a well-endowed kitchen, and it's a standalone home, no worrying about sharing your apartment in a building with other apartment owners/renters.

Wow! I think it's worth it for the views! Would be so amazing to have a view of all the NYC spectacles from your apartment. The bathroom is top notch too.

This makes me feel so alone in a city of millions, incredible. It’s like someone turned how the average person feels on the inside, towards the outside and made a flat out of it.

Beautiful apartment. Not crazy about the furnishings or the interior design. I'd love to bring in my furnishings, art and surface treatments.
