Ngl it was nice seeing this, i grew up haveing done all kinds of therapy i got the chance to do art therapy and now still do art to thus day, i have grow up with art no one else in my family does art or can do it but me and i have come to rearlise yh i may not be able to read or write properly but i can do art and shockingly with the art i have found a way into spoken word poetry which for someone who struggles massively with reading and writing is a big thing its helped alot with it. I have had some great opportunities and been able to help young people with the same mental illness as myself and who have had similar or still have similar problems and it makes me happy, i hope to keep up my art stuff on the side but go further and be a paramedic or work in nursing/mental healrh feild as they have helped me so much i not only wanna give back but helping others helps myself if im not helping others i feel lost i have no sense of self and i try to take my life so many times when i havent been able to care or help others but hopefully where my life path is goin today it will take me to where i wanna go in life.

I think art is a big thing and great for those haveing gone through trauma as yeah u can let put how u feel in some the most powerful ways and u can show others your story/your veiw in life amd what it means so defo yh art therapy is a great thing. I hope these kids and young people are doing well in life and gone further then they ever believed they could now

music and reading does wonders if you start early enough
