IELTS Speaking Band 9 an English Teacher Candidate

The Guy has Decent speaking, maybe you find it absolutely irrelevant, but one thing that triggered me was him saying 'Uzbeki' referring to People and Cuisine. I am Uzbek! There is no such word Uzbeki or Uzbekistani! It is Uzbek! Please!
