Mobile games aren’t online gaming though…

A club penguin mobile app in 2010 would suck. Riddled with connection issues unless you were on wifi and I doubt many phones would be able to run the club penguin mini games.
Considering that the iPhone 4 had 1/2 a gb of ram and, according to the steam hardware survey 2009, 88% of computers had at least double that and 63% hald at least quadruple the amount of RAM.
Notice how the “online” mobile games you showed was flappy bird and angry birds. 2 single player not online games.
The earliest online game I can think of is Clash of Clans which was 2013
