I got mine on Monday and so far it’s been brilliant.

We currently have a 3008 from 2021, diesel. Love it. Our lease finishes next year, so we are trying to decide between the 3008 GT 136 hybrid and the new 408 GT 136 hybrid. It will be our 5th straight Peugeot lease.

Gone for a bmw ix1 over this, was a hard decision but the BMW just looks so much slicker

I have had mine for 2 weeks. Looks great, drives great and great fuel consumption but there are a number of design flaws. The heating system is not particularly warm. When there is rain on the roof of the vehicle and the car is parked at an angle when the boot and back doors are open water flows into the car.
The automatic windscreen wipers do not deactivate when the car is switched off (unlike the previous version) and will operate the next time the car is started if the temperature is above 3 Celsius when moisture is on the windscreen.
In Scotland there will be snow and ice still on the windscreen at this temperature and the wipers will operate and probably damage them at this temperature.
The audible speed warning noise is annoying and needs to be deactivated every time the car is started. The speed warning alert cannot be deactivated.
The grey cloth interior is nice but I imagine will become very dirty soon.
The parking break switch is in an unnatural position and should be swapped where the volume control is in the central console.
The rear windscreen seriously misses a rear wiper. Condensation on the rear window takes ages to clear with just the heated rear window.

That grey interior puts me off what’s with all car makers not sticking to black! This will only stain the cars and cheapen them

But as hybride, put the ventilator on 1 and he dies not drive 1 meter electric. I am very disappointed about that. I have him 3 months now and it’s the first and last after I did buy 6 3008 in 15 years. 🥺
