The same happened to Clark from “the 100” show. She was strong and always had to make tough decisions and people hated her for it. Just shows that being a leader is a lonely road, where people will never understand them.

I became emotional at the scene when June leaves Janine. And the scenes with Aunt Lydia juxtaposing the scene later about “handmaids never walk alone, ” exceptional writing! My favorite episode this season.

my god this episode was tough :(, Moira has to talk some sense into June and get her out to Canada, if she ever wants to see at least one of her daughters again then she needs to escape and be the voice for all the other countless women who are still suffering under Gileads system

This episode honestly felt like the bad ending you get in some video games if you proceed too recklessly and make all the wrong choices, but I love the bond all the handmaids share and how they juxtaposed June and Janine's friendship with Lydia teaching the upcoming new handmaids. None of the girls chose to be put in that position, but they developed strong friendship and love for each other regardless

I love this show, it's way better than I thought it would be. But in episode 5 . I have a serious problem when June and Janiene are in Chicago and are alone in the streets. Why is it that the writers make a decision to have both ladies continuously walk and run in the middle of the streets. Even when June realizes that something bad is going to happen she tells Janiene to run, and they run in the middle of the road. WHY? someone please explain this to me.
