And then Janine did it so June didn’t have to and it’s just ... heartbreaking. She really loves June. They really love eachother. I hope when they escape for good, that they stay a family. She’s been through enough! All of them have.

Gotta love Janune :) they have been trough soo much together and you can see the tension and feel of betrayal and also guilt from June, Gilead has both of them mentally broken down but they still love eachother, when this guy named them "american sex slaves" and asked who is going to stay with him June said immediately "Not her" and when June came back Janine asked immediately "Did he hurt you?" ...they still try to look out for eachother its just soo complicated

Yeah, I pretty much hate this resistance group...how unhelpful they were when they saw them (clearly knowing they're slaves), saying people have to "give" to get, the forced sexual act, the woman with the gun overhearing all of it and treating them like shit...but I do like the change of scenery and change of pace. They're definitely realistic in their portrayal of men. It's not only right-wing religious men that have a problem with exploiting female bodies, it's a man problem across the board.

To give some insight, Steve and his crew aren't really a "resistance, " but more so scavengers and raiders. They're clearly against Gilead, but in no way "good" people that we'd feel safe with.
