I should have showed the consistency to the camera a little more, but this works perfectly for reviving your dried out and crackling wood fillers. No need to keep buying more since most of the time we have plenty left over from the project.

Interesting video, thanks for uploading. Question - I seen other videos that say to use water on water-based fillers. I thought DAP is water-based yet it seemed to work with the acetone, any reason why? Keep up the good work!!

Acetone ain't cheap but I guess this is more cost effective than buying new filler.
Will give this a try with the Plastic-X product from DAP.
Be aware, acetone will dissolve some kinds of plastic.
Maybe use a clean metal can, will hold up better to mixing anyway.

Holy shit, that *WORKED!* You saved me some money and a headache! Glad I got back into painting my nails again as I had acetone on hand.

Had to patch a hole in my place that ants were utilizing to get in.
