Great video and caters to what I love reading too & my weird girl fiction era was also awakened by Boy Parts. I got Paradise Rot in a charity shop recently (I Know!) and I have all of Sayaka Murata's books ready to read. All the books I haven't got from your list are promptly being added to my wishlist :)

Drive your plow over the bones of the dead by Olga Tokarczuk is a 'weird' book I read years ago and still think about it at least twice a week. This was the book that not me into this subgenre. And Bunny by Mona Awad is also one of my faves in the subgenre. 🌵🌵🌵
