14:09 I think the problem there is that the spining of the wheels is upwards and not downwards like the rest of the presets (?) this clocks works because of gravity. I think it shoud always look for the numbers moving the flaps down direcction so they dont stuck even if is the longest "path" to find the selected number

What a great idea to use the laser cutter to make the stencils. This has been the part that has kept me from making some DIY split-flap since it's a nightmare to make the letters on a foil cutter and placing them accurately.

This is an Awesome project that I have been wanting to do for a few years... I want this as a count down timer in my classroom... So I can say "Ok, you have 10 min to finish the lab..." and then set the clock.
