Great video! Excellent camera work. Big improvement in video quality. Peter pays for all repairs for hitting the camera! Suggestion: when possible be positioned so we can see the results of the shot. Peter can maybe give a verbal clue he's about to hit. Good point about serving relaxed like Serena and Roger. Not sure if Serena's tight on groundstrokes. To me many of the power hitters look the same.

Wasn't Roddick plagued by a hamstring injury throughout a lot of his career? I think his leg drive on serve was so powerful, he kept re-injuring his hamstring. Though I love his serve all that whipping of the back looks like it will send you to the hospital. In general, copying a lot of pro technique can lead to injury. Djokovic had a severe elbow injury that required surgery after which he had to completely change his strokes and game. Delpotro had/has a chronic wrist injury that he has not been able to shake due his forehand technique. This is just a sample. One must be careful to emulate their favorite pro. Especially those that get injured a lot. Because if they get injured a lot and they have professional trainers with them at all times, it's a good bet you will get injured as well.

For a bigger underarm serve, just pretend it's a forehand? I had to give up on overhead serves because my secret power source pose was that unathletic pose due to shoulder limitations. It's improving with PT but still not to the proper secret power source pose yet.
