My daughter and I started doing this workout 1 week ago. She now wants to do it EVERYDAY as a elearning PE class (lol). We love it!

I am 38 weeks pregnant and this is my favorite workout! I haven’t been able to workout like I did pre-pregnancy, especially in the beginning when I was so nauseous. But when I do have the energy to do this video, I LOVE it! Bring me so much energy and makes me so happy 💗 all the hip movements are great for birth prep too! Thank you!! 💗💗💗
