I just got introduced to this through another friend of mine who does it to help her fitness and lose weight and I love the fact that this is a dance form that is in my culture that I can appreciate and relate to thank you for this very energetic, dance. I wish I had known about it years ago. Also that y’all travel in Africa doing dance from the regions of Africa. Fantastic!
