Okay for the last 2 days I have bewn wondering if the workouts got easier and this one kicked by butt. It was only 20 mins but felt unending. Love it.

Day thirteen complete! I got cocky and kept saying how it's so easy to complete the past couple of workouts. I regret it. I regret it so much. Today's workout kicked my butt and humbled me in ways that I can't even describe. So much so that I have nothing to say other than I'm going to bed. Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.

It's my 47 day in a row in your workouts. I've done your one month Pilates plan and the two weeks workouts and now this one all I can say That's amazing my belly and thighs are much thinner than before. I haven't weighed yet but everyone around me notices I want to weigh after I finish two months Thank you Madeleine you changed my life 😭❤️
