Roll up with control and precision in this Pilates move! 💪🧘‍♀️

Start by lying down on your mat with your legs extended and arms reaching overhead. As you exhale, engage your abs and lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the mat. Continue to roll up, reaching towards your feet, keeping your legs straight and maintaining control. Sit nice and tall. Inhale and as you exhale you slowly lower yourself back down, one vertebra at a time, until you reach the starting position.

Remember, focus on using your abdominal muscles and avoiding momentum for a successful roll up.

I can’t even do it with my legs bent, I need someone to hold my feet down for me to be able to do it. I don’t have any back issues so I don’t know why I am struggling 😢
