My handwriting with a pencil looks like a computer generated font while everytime I'm using a pen it looks like a 2 year old learning how to write for the first time

The slanted letters looked good. More stylish than practical for everyday handwriting.

1. Write a lot, and regularly with a decent pen, just for practicing with.
2. Slow down, relax your hand, and execute each letter carefully.
3. Keep it simple in the beginning.
4. Choose a writing style that you like, and stick to it until mastered.
5. Practice with a degree of serious intent, but enjoy the process, like an art project.
6. Get yourself a book that you like, with information you might want to remember, e.g. poetry, history, etc., and copy it, word for word in a writing tablet(s).
7. Graduate to paper without lines.
8. Secret Tip: writing isn't done with the fingers. They just grasp the implement. Writing flows from the arm, like painting or stirring liquid. Practice making fluid strokes while writing your signature as legibly as possible. This is ideal for beautiful cursive penmanship.

I remember my handwriting in second grade. My teacher didn’t like it, because it was so scribbly and I always made a slanted line at the end of each word. I took a little extra time to make it better when my teacher told me to, and I did improve. I soon then had this handwriting test (idk, my teacher told me to have really NEAT handwriting for it) where I answered a question based off of my opinion. I really improved from that day, and in general I wish I had that handwriting now. I don’t have the best now, and I kinda guess that’s because I am lazy. But hey, at least I know how to write cursive?

What I gathered from watching handwriting content, the main secret is to write slowly. I wanna be able to write like that quickly, so I decided to perfect my script handwriting, as well as learn to abbreviate my script handwriting
