My buddy who is Jewish walked out 100% fine and said “jokes on you, my ancestors built up an immunity” ☠️

Had pneumonia before going in, could finally breathe after coming out.

Vomiting from my lungs is not something I thought I could do, but it happened

In the 60's I ran a gas chamber. I was immune to the gas! Happy times with the officers!!

Aww memories. I went in while recovering from Bronchitis.
Couldn’t smell or breathe going in. Everything was cleared up coming out 😅

I'm 100% certain Cadet Kelly only joined the military because of the movie

Cadets Woodard, Cox, and Resendiz all handled it like champs

Drop your mask you better go back in and get it. There’s always that person that doesn’t listen and takes their mask off early

When I did the chamber in boot camp, I came out laughing, went up to my DI and asked "Can this recruit go through again sir". He stared at me and told me to get the fu@$ away from him.

I wonder if Cadet Kelly is aware of the Disney channel documentary about himself

The gas chamber wasn’t that bad…. The second time around.
Important thing is to regulate your breathing and and keep calm.
In the marine corps they don’t let you out until everybody is totally calm and not being dramatic. Once your out you can do all the throwing up and gasping for air you want.

Cadet Woodard ftw!! It's like it almost didn't phase him and he seemed humble going in and coming out like a champ! 💪

What they don't tell you is how well it frees up the sinuses. Both nostrils opened as wide as the grand canyon, can smell everything!!!

I remember doing it. They made us run around first to get all hot and sweaty. In we go prance around for a bit, respirators off, name rank and number. Then asked some questions. Then told to open eyes. Damn it stings, but more you do it the less it effects you. When I joined the police and had to do it again it didn’t bother me remotely as much.

Never effected me, I ended up getting tossed out and told there must be something wrong with me.
