Another way you can do it is put your hands close to the wall and do the same things she does but instead your legs would be touching the wall so that is a handstand against the wall
Ps:Once you feel comfortable maybe try do it without the wall or a bit further away from the wall.If you are doing it without the wall i suggest that you put something underneath you incase you fall and try and get someone to hold your legs
