Thank-you so much for the information and teaching. Let me say something. IT is not about the food we eat. It is about we completely forgot GOD. The one made us and created us!!!! We must pray and bless our food. We don't have to just like animals run and all over it. Even, animals are better. Us humans we supposed to be better. Unfortunately, we are not. not sure about pickled foods being a hazard tbh. If you make your own pickles, you only need 3% of organic coarse sea salt per litre of water which is hardly anything. Lacto fermentation and probiotics from fermented foods are good for the body as long as they are homemade and not bought from stores as everything is pasteurised for longer shelf life

Cook your own meals with fresh ingredients and high quality products from good source. Don't be cheap to yourself eating cheap and convenient foods. They're not cheap anyway if you think about. Eating homemade meals, even with high end groceries stores is the most economical way than spending to eat out at any restaurants and convenient fast foods that make you seriously in health troubles.

We all have the cancer gene in us. Some get it some don't. My mother never smoked or drank but ended up with cancer. Her sister drank, smoked plus had man after man and never ended up with cancer. So what can I say?

It's true that processed foods, canned food and sugar are to be avoided. But nowadays practically all food is with chemicals so it seems to avoid all foods. Impossible to always eat fresh foods everyday.

The people who lived one or two millenia ago ate mostly grains like millet.Wheat is used today because you can get three times the yield per acre more than any other grain.And whole wheat is really bad for your health causing leaky gut.
