Fix Any Mac Frozen/Stuck/Unresponsive Screen (How to Force Restart!)

It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes your Mac just gets stuck. The display is frozen and unresponsive to any buttons you press. This may happen with the display on, off or with the Apple logo.
