just to clarify
the reason your mac is being slow is because macs will run things in the background called cache files whenever you have ram thats not being used

i reccomend downloading an app like macCleaner Pro or clean my macX to remove the cache files because doing so manually could cause damage to your mac

Now i can run GTA 5, RDR2, elden rings at ultra settings with 140fps..
My mac bootup speed is now 1 sec only.
