What is a Flow State of Mind and How to Get Into It

What is flow and how do you get into flow? How do you achieve peak performance? Psychologists have been fascinated by individuals who are at the top of their game. Peak performers often describe a creative and energetic "flow" that they channel when performing at their best. Flow is a mental state of complete focus on an activity where everything on the periphery seems to melt away. Flow states can be some of the most creative and productive moments we have, but they don't last forever. We can enter a flow state more often through a cycle of engaging in activities that are slightly beyond our skill level, intentional practice, and recovery.

Camera Used: GoPro Hero 8
GoPro Camera settings: 2.7K at 24, 60, or 120 fps. Ski footage was set at SuperView, HyperSmooth was on.
Edited with: Adobe Premiere, minor color grading was done on the footage to give a more blue tone to even out the colors. I used the curves setting to make it pop a little more. (I am no expert on color grading)
Export settings: h.265, bit rate 25mps
