In order to stay alive in battle, you have to make yourself a difficult target. China, during the Qing and Ming dynasty, gained its size and power not through peaceful means with its neighbors, but by force, bullying, subjugation, & military might. China is and was never a peaceful and shy country, it is the complete opposite. Looks can be deceiving right? 😀 So that's a bit of world history for yah guys and gals. That is why the Philippines needs to make itself a hard target. Its leaders are making the right decision by strengthening its military power and assertiveness, and forging alliances with USA, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, Canada, and its ASEAN neighbors.

Lol this video and the content will definitely make the Jai Pinoys beaming with misguided pride. To suggest that the recent splurge of spending on military hardware like the Indian Bhramos missiles, FA-50 fighter planes, possible addition of U.S. F-16 not to mention the additional ships for the U.S. Navy can somehow negate PLAN excessive military advantages must be utterly devoid of common sense.

To begin with, the person and the team that made this content is short on actual meaningful insights but is full on hopium and copium trying to huff and puff the always and ever impressionable Filipinos that they have a yeoman's chance of fighting against those dastardly Chinese commies.

I can think of no advantages in which the PH can live to fight another day even with the U.S. as their main partner (treaty ally of 1951) due to the PH military's INADEQUATE, INSUFFICIENT sustain funding and procurements, not to mention the training that's been geared to fight separatist forces composed of nothing more than a bunch of rag tag militants from the Islamist south and Maoist North. It's also worth noting that the PH is still struggling and fighting the longest insurgency campaign in all of Asia and yet the PH is being gaslighted that it can somehow fight against the PLAN who's been arming, modernizing it's military aided by the strength of its economy for the past 40 years. Not to mention the VAST INDUSTRIAL CAPACITIES from SHIP BUILDING, ADVANCED MANUFACTURING that dwarfs all the industrial powers including the U.S. And that's before mentioning the vast amount of manpower that China has in spades.

Yet, you AS A CANADIAN is trying to foolishly comfort these folks that they will be a credible threat against China? 😂

Tell Canada that it's own military lack of PREPAREDNESS recruitment shortfalls, procurement limbos will not and can't make any meaningful contributions to the conflict western INTELLIGENCE AGENT like you are pursuing which is for the sole purpose of creating destabilization in the region projected to have the best performing ECON in the world, and that's in ASEAN region.

The PH is not Ukraine or even comparable in the least to that Slavic country's fighting prowess, industrial capacity, military strength pre-Russian invasion, technological innovations and capabilities. With all due respect to the PH they have none of these key ingredients that would make them an ideal candidate other than having their country being used AS THE LAUNCHING PAD FOR U.S. forces in the China vs U.S. Taiwan scenario.
