Is it ok to wear no glasses at all for close up work at arms leangth (-3, -2.5) but I have not trouble reading with blur as I’m used to it. Is this bad or should I be wearing something like -2 & -1.5 even though I’m fine with nothing. Also, are my normalized distance glasses supposed to be my exact prescriptions or reduced a little? I don’t wear glasses at all unless I need to see the board at school. Thanks

@Jake what is differential prescription you are talking about reduced prescription is what make sense to me but this I can not understand please let me know if there is any resource where you have already mention it or please let me know about differential prescription!
