I love this quick and easy Japchea recipe sooo much. I usually do it without meat, but with lots of shitake mushrooms instead. I even found out that it can be done using frozen spinach leaves. So quick and simple, and yet so tasty and satisfying. 🥰🤤 Long live our shining beacon Maangchi!. 😘😘😘
