For over 6 years I have avoided the freeways because of a panic attack I had in the car on my way to work one day. Just the mention of a freeway or someone telling me how far away something was would give me anxiety. Avoiding the freeways only deepened my fear. The entire time my son was in college I would have to have someone drive me there just to see him. I knew it was all in my head. I used to be so adventurous going everywhere. I have missed out on so many things to do and jobs because of this. Yesterday I decided to see if I could try hypnosis to help me deal with this fear that was crippling me. I have never tried it but I meditate on my own so I thought this could be doable. During the meditation when he takes you through the moment it first happened, my heart rate went up, I began to sweat and my eyes filled with tears but I couldn't open them. When it as over I immediately felt a sense of relief. I started envisioning far away places, and I kept thinking about freeways with no anxiety. The next day I still felt good, so I decided to get on the freeway to see how I felt. The plan was to get on the freeway and get off at the first exit. I would start with the first exit then go for two then three and so on. Not once did I have any fear while driving on it. I felt so good that I went on for several miles before turning around and going back home. I am eternally grateful to you Mr. Zach for helping me with this. You have changed my life. I am so happy. As soon as I got back home I called my sister to tell her all about my experience. I used to be skeptical of Hypnosis but after this I am definitely on board. I plan to use more online Hypnosis to help me conquer other things in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

As soon as I left that fear inside that thing we put it in, the hypnosis made me forget what it was but when I put that fear away I closed it spinned the dial and I could see myself crying with happiness, I then began crying myself and when we were able to open our eyes I was crying full of happiness!

The irony of the situation is hilarious. I just did the hypnosis that I got rid of the fear of rejection. In the past the dates have been cancelled in the last minute quite often and that have made me anxious of waiting the dates. During the hypnosis, the dates that were planned for tomorrow got cancelled. When I woke up from the hypnosis I just looked at the message I got and started laughing out loud. Goodbye fear. Thank you so much for making this. It worked! I've been struggling with this huge fear of letting anyone into my home for years now. To the point that I wouldn't even call repairmen when things broke, I'd just live without using whatever was broken. Just the thought of letting anyone in was enough to give me full blown panic attacks. But after watching this, I was able to have two different people come into my home today while I felt completely calm and free of any fear - now things are repaired that were broken for a long time and I feel so good. I'm a 2nd year college student from the Philippines and I needed to it to be released out of my mind.
