I created a short hypnosis through the screen experience that will hypnotize the person watching it in under five minutes.

You know what? I watched this video after watching two of your other beach videos. I've been suffering from lack of energy, severe fatigue. I watched this after waking from a nap. I have had energy all the rest of the day so far. Almost no fatigue. I did this before to myself a few years ago. Not certain what I did but I just switched on energy. This one 5-minute video did it again. I'm very serious. I didn't feel hypnotized but I just participated in the relaxation. I was willing to get as relaxed as I can possibly be. I should have required another nap and now but it's not happening. I'm now going to study the hell out of hypnosis and become a great hypnotist myself.

I don't know how you get people to see celebrities and dinosaurs and disappear from their view. It's as if the one suggestion overrides all other conditions. I mean I'm watching it and I completely understand what you're doing. I've been watching other hypnotists on YouTube do similar things. It just boggles my intellect to understand a mechanism for this to work.

I just saw another video on how artificial intelligence is interpreting through an fMRI what people see on a video. Would be fascinating if we could record what people see while under hypnosis.

This is the second time I have been hypnotized by one of your videos, and I can confirm that it 100% works because as you counted down my eyes would start rapidly moving just like they do in REM sleep and I literally wasn’t doing that on purpose. It’s not like I was being controlled but I was so relaxed I felt like I wanted to do what you said and even though the stress of my first year of college sometimes makes me doubt myself as I’m typing this comment I still can’t shake the feeling that I’m enough 😊
