I hadn't realized how effective this was until today. I dream of becoming a professional composer so I applied for the Rock Academy. Heard today they weren't even letting me into the live auditions because my songwriting isn't developed enough or whatevers. A few months ago I would've curled up in my bed and cried and whined about how I'm good at nothing and my life is doomed. Not anymore. Within minutes I decided I'm just gonna practice my ass off and try again next year. The difference between me before this video and me after it is so baffling I can barely believe I didn't really notice it earlier.

I’ve watched all of your other hypnosis videos and I thought it was working, but the part where you tell me my eyes are too heavy to open actually worked this time like to the point where I started to feel like I was breaking out in a cold sweat from not being able to open my eyes. Very cool!

I've always had problems with confidence being a dancer and competing. I would always think that all the dancers are better than me and that I wouldn't have a chance thank you for this I really needed a way to reach out and release my confidence from within myself and I finally did it. I am confident! Thank you Zach 💕

im getting there mate. 4th day in a row and so much is making sense. each time i listen to this it take me back to a time when i was confident. it was definitely inside me and its coming back out. i can see what others saw in me. and i know when my confidence got lost now.

This made me come out of trance crying. But not a sad crying, more like a letting go so emotional crying. I have a lot of work to do still, but this journey feels like it has really started now. And I am excited to start that journey today.
