HOW TO USE BRAKE CALIPER PISTON TOOL

Hey guys, in this video we will demonstrate how to use brake caliper piston tool. We demonstrated how to use the brake caliper piston tool to compress the front caliper piston and the rear caliper piston as well. Most newer vehicles use the same brake piston concept. The rear brake caliper piston usually needs to be turned clockwise in order to be compressed. The brake caliper piston tool is very inexpensive and it will pay itself in no time.

From about 5.35 you are pushing in the rear brake piston whilst pushing against the tool by hand, but you could use the same "dummy brake pad" as you did for the front brakes, which is a lot easier. Also you used the adapter "K" for the front brake, but you should give # 3 a try for this job: it has a little round protrusion in the centre, that acts like a bearing when you push in the piston, making the job less hard. I have the same tool now and watched different vids how to exactly use it. Just some tips, love the way how you two keep moving on.
