I'm going to give you all some constructive criticism here.

First off, don't make a video emphasizing what you hate about the car without saying what you liked. That's being a bad sport.

Second. Do some research into the computer that controls shifting.. and look at Alex Easley's comment below. Second, the car is a C series... it's interior isn't going to be top of the line. Third, do you really think that back seat is designed to fit three grown adults? Anyone who buys a C63 AMG is not using it like you would a full size sedan. 4th, it's a Mercedes Benz... it's not going to feel like a Mustang GT with 9 lbs of boost when you're flooring it.

Go watch Top Gear and how they review cars, then try again... you're making yourselves seem very ignorant. The C63 is an incredible driving machine.

This car doesn't feel fast..

/ proceeds to mash accelerator causing driver and passenger to be thrown into the back seat

doesn't feel as fast? Yet it can beat an Audi R8 V8, and beats all the rivals it was designed to beat... The fuck you mean it aint fast

The C63 you're driving has a single clutch transmission from a car originally released in 2008, you can't expect lightning fast shifts, especially when you are used to driving so many modern double clutch cars.

All of your other complaints seem to be about what you're getting in a car that costs 65k but remember that this car is based off the standard C-class which costs half as much as the C63. The C-class isn't the most luxurious Mercedes, so no, you wont get the nicest interior. Its a fairly small sedan so rear legroom and space won't be the best, but then again these aren't things that are supposed to matter in a car like a C63. You buy the car for the engine, the speed, the noise and the fun that an AMG vehicle is supposed to give you.

You can't complain about drive/suspension quality on a c63 when your driving a 4 door, non sport package, butchered one on aftermarket mags and a slammed suspension.

Drive a facelifted (2012+) coupe  with the P31 package or a 2014+ 507 edition C63 and you'll get the best C63 experience there is.

65k isn's that much for a car. If you are looking for a more luxurious interior and more rear space, then be prepared to dish out the money for an S550 or an S63.

The C63 is AMG's most successful product for a good reason.

I don't think not feeling the speed/acceleration is a downside in a car. I love when 150 feels like a 110. says a lot about the refinement.

We had the 2015 E63 S AMG 4 matic for a weekend with 585HP and almost 900NM of torque.... 0-100 in 3.6 seconds in one super luxury sedan.... Review it and try to find any bad things about that one ... One of the sickest rides ive been in... sicker than a Z06 i drove arround the track.

Baby blue shorts and shirt, can there be anymore of a trust fund baby uniform? And the shiny purple shirt, I wont even get started on that... Lol not trying to be rude just made me chuckle.

The room in the back of a C class is no better or worse than a 3 series or A4.

I am a new C63 owner. I purchased a 2013 C63 P31 car with an LSD, Red and Black designo leather interior, and carbon fiber trim. Some of their opinions I agree with and some I do not. I have put close to 3, 000 miles on the car since I purchased it and I will agree that the transmission can be both glorious and lacking at the same time. When cursing in C, S, or S+ mode and you punch it sometimes the car will launch like a cruise missile and sometimes the trans seems confused as to which gear to select. Other times when using manual mode it is slow or nonresponsive like mentioned in the video. Some of these issues can be addressed with a TCU upgrade from Eurocharged but when the car does what its supposed to the power delivery is like a tidal wave. You hear a roar and then this rush of power takes over and you feel like your taking a ride on the back of a Saturn 5 rocket.  Jeremy Clarkson described it as an ax murder with headlights and I have to agree whole heartedly. The sheer savagery of the power delivery is amazing. Lets face it this is a 4 door sedan that runs a 12 sec 1/4 mile. My car just ran a 12.02 @ 117mph and the only mod I have done has been to remove the resonator and add AFE air filters and there are many cars running mid 11's with exhaust and a tune. The power potential of the M156 is amazing 500 RWHP is common with full exhaust and headers. Add a Weistech supercharger and 600+ is easily achievable.  The stock C63 is very detuned from the factory a simple ECU tune nets an extra 70 hp and 50 lbs of tq over stock. The Eurocharged V6 tune gives you a lot of versatility and can allow the car to blow flames, eliminate the cats, add more pops and burbles to the exhaust,  and gives an advertised 540 hp and 494 lbs of tq.  Speaking of torque let me tell you about the ferocity of the torque delivery. The M156 delivers over 400 lbs of torque from 2500-7000 rpm the car will scare you at times if your not ready for it... it's a rush that plants you firmly in your seat and shreds tires. One of the things I have been most impressed with is the handling of the car it can take corners at speeds I am just not accustomed too and then because of all that torque it squats and shoots out of a corner like a bat out of hell   Over all the C63 is a ferocious animal, a monster of a car, that can hold its own on a dragstip,  road course, cruise comfortably down the freeway at 100+ mph and then quietly lumber over to the grocery store or pick up the kids from school. .      So far I am averaging 17.5 MPG over the 3k miles and have seen a best of 21.2 mpg while cruising at 80 mph on the hwy.  This car is not described as a GT car but it is fantastic for long drives. I flew to Seattle from Albuquerque when I bought my car and drove it 2400 miles to get back home. It was an absolutely amazing adventure that took me south though Oregon and on to hwy 199 into Northern California.. what an amazing piece of road that is full of twists and turns through mountains with rushing river gorges. I found a two lane treck that took me through 10 miles of virgin Redwood national forest in Hiouchi CA and spit me out on hwy 101.  I hugged the coast from Crescent City all the way down the California coast through Malibu and Santa Monica and out through LA. The car rocketed across death valley at over 130 mph (its so easy to exceed 100 mph in this car you do it without even trying)  and I spent 2 nights in Vegas.  Leaving Vegas and heading south east  on hwy 93 I found a Porsche 911 turbo that wanted to play and in the middle of the Arizona desert we were neck and neck to 136 mph when he was able to take a slight advantage of the weight difference and start to pull away.  The C63 is on par with almost any super car and while your high end Porsches, Ferraris, and Lamborghini's will edge it on the top end the C63 is a torque monster that from a 5 mph roll on will pull away.  I really can't say enough good things about the car.

Hi,
I have a question regarding your Lamborghini Gallardo video how to drive an e-gear
you said that you need to put it in neutral when you are at a stop.
but what about normal cars with automatic that don't have paddles?
Do you have to put it in neutral too or can you put your foot on the brake while in D and not wear the clutch?
Thank you

Parker would you say the slow shifting response could be because Mercedes emphasizes safety so much and the computer is deciding whether or not the shift would hurt the transmission (redline, etc.) ? Thanks for your response!

Ive been looking at both AMG and M5s and M3s and ive been leaning BMW for awhile but have never owned either nore driven either. I recently found a 2010 MB C63 AMG with only 30, 000km on it for $30, 000 CDN and am really considering checking it out. Any suggestions?
