The second command is useful for decoration but there are some particles which is annoying so you can do

Effect @e[type=armor_stand] invisibility 10 10 true

the word true makes the particles invisible it works on all entites

Type “true” after any effect command to remove effect particles.

For number 2:
If you dont want all the armor stands being invisible you can always name for example name it "hi" and then go to a command block and type: effect @e[name=hi] invisibility 10 10 and put it on reapet and always active and that will make the only armor stands named hi get the effect! Easy :P

With the axe in the tree one, to get rid of those bubbly particles coming from the armor stand just put at the end of the command "true" and it gets rid of particles. Your welcome!!!😀

Hey just so you know for the armor stand one if you add a space and type true it gets rid of the particle effects :D
