A function is a set of many commands which you can name. When you create a function in your world it only stays in your word. This person made a function with lots of setblock commands or the structure block command named ‘casa’ which when run it would spawn a mansion but like I said if you make a function in your world it will only stay in your world so this persons function would only stay in his world. If you try run the function in your world it would not work because his function that he created in his world would only stay in his world so this is why you should not trust everything on the internet. It's a datapack where you programmed a self build mansion in the form of fill or setblock commands or the easier version of this is
/setblock ~ ~1 ~ structure_block with the nbt data of the structure already loaded in
and then
/setblock ~ ~2 ~ redstone_block

thats a datapack, it uses the fuction command, something that cannot be used in vanilla, what you actually have to do is /place structure mansion, that will spawn the mansion that you see in dark oak biomes.

Guys he already built the house he just saved it and then used the command block like a structure block which makes the command block spawn the same way like the structure block so guys don't judge him his trying his ultra best just thank God that you saw this video and have no stress after God bless you.

You need to build it yourself first and then copy it with structure block and name the copy something then in the command block type the name of said copy. Or you can just use the structure block to load in the copied structure
