this is more complex than it needs to be.

Unplugged - you see the truth for what it is, not what you are told.
Alpha - you are not upset by the truth. instead, you utilize it to improve all aspects of your life incrementally to achieve your goals (long and short term goals).
Chad - someone who has most physical aspects that women find attractive.

simply put, you can be any combination of the 3. but the most important one is getting unplugged, because if you are operating with incorrect information it does not matter if you are an Alpha or Chad things are going to not work 100% when it comes to women (especially long term).
