When I first saw this, I was skeptical about its vocals as I always grew up with T.rex roaring, but over time, and thanks to Prehistoric Planet, I've grown used to T.rex using closed-mouth vocals. Even today, I like to think of T.rex capable of a wide range of vocals of both closed-mouth vocals and roaring (Guess it's just the kid in me).

As for Chris Packham, he does an amazing job. As someone who can relate to him in many ways (both of us have Aspergers, love nature, especially dinosaurs and our favorite is T.rex), he helped bring a new concept of T.rex to us all, just as Kenneth Branagh, Steven Spielberg, Nigel Marven and David Attenborough did.

Trex didn’t have to open its mouth thanks to closed mouth vocalization . Trex actually didn’t roar it cooed

I believe this is the most realistic T-Rex that has ever been made. The only doubt concerns the mane on the head and the hair on the tail. There is no evidence that the T-Rex had any however it cannot be ruled out either. Large animals usually don't have thick feathers or fur, and the T-Rex lived in very hot areas.

Let's see
Pros: lips, a bit of chunk, no printed hands, no roaring
Cons: JP design, way too feathered

Accuracy: 8.5/10

Tyrannosaurus Rex as far as we know didn’t have feathers, more of a proto-fibre coating and it would have been barely visible, probably more akin to thin hair rather than that of a feather, there are papers to back this up !!! :) oh also lips are hypothetical haha, I personally believe that they did have them.

I'm going to say something I think dinosaurs like Tyrannosaurus Rex can be born without feathers or fur

1:14 why does Rex’s face look like similar to a donkey’s

The question is were dinosaurs cold blooded or warm? If they were cold blooded why would they have fur or feathers.

the one thing that just gives off it’s unrealism is how thin it is. T. rex was very chunky and you can tell by the belly rubs underneath it. The only thing remotely accurate is the sounds

This T. rex already has some inaccuracies I see like the walking, and it might not be chubby enough.

actually i think one thing is inacurate here, i've heard that t-rex couldn´t walk like that, where it looks it's "squatting", it would walk with a more vertical stance because of it's weight and because it didn't have knee-caps.

Honestly i remembered HATING this design, it barely looked menacing, but i just got used to it, however i dont think its real, like, i dont think the feathers would be in that position, nor the ammount, my believe is young ones had feathers around their entire body, and as they grow older, they lose a bit more feathers, to the final form having a light touch of feathers scattered around his body, it would feel as if your touching a dog who just got a hair cut in my eyes.... Sorry that it was so long, i appreciate that you read it far enough to get to this point, however..
