🚗 Dry breath-holding should never be practiced while driving or in any situation where loss of consciousness could be dangerous. When practicing alone, never use a nose clip or mask. 💦 Breath-holding in water should only be done with an experienced buddy who is trained to perform a proper rescue in case of a blackout. ⚠️ Never use the Wim Hof Method or any other hyperventilation-based breathing techniques in the water, as this increases the risk of shallow water blackout. 🏥If you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to heart, lung, or neurological issues, consult a doctor before practicing.
