Bambu Lab AMS Filament Removal Error: Please Remove the External Filament From The Extruder on P1P

Cannot pull back the filament This is an error Bambu labs display, This error can be shown on your Bambu P1P, Bambu X1 and Well as your Bambu X1C. I'll show you a way you can fix this error before you decide on your filament sensor or other costly parts.
Screen warning:
failed to pull back the filament to AMS. Please check whether the filament or the spool is stuck. After trouble shooting, click the retry button.

HMS_0700_2000_0002_0004:

The AMS slot1's filament may be broken in the tool head
After unloading the filament, the filament has already been pulled back to AMS, but the detection switch of the extruder still detects the filament, then the printer determines that the filament is broken in the extruder.

The only video that actually helped me with my P1S Combo, thank you! The PTFE tube was hard to disconnect from the toolhead though, I had to pull with quite a bit of force. And there it was, a broken off piece of PLA flying towards me, and I can now start to print again 🤩

Thought for sure I was going to need to disassemble everything. I watched your video and was able to get the broken filament un-stuck using your method. I fixed my X1 Carbon using this video. I had a broken filament inside the extruder, which I melted out by pushing another piece of filament from the top as you showed. Thank you very much !

It worked. I found a piece of filament about 6 inches long in the tube at the Hot End just touching the filament sensor. Thank you.

Saved me having to disassemble anything accept the bowden tube. Cleared the broken piece and put the tube back. Everything worked after that!

This helped so much! My PLA-CF had broke between the AMS and the extruder. No need to have to heat anything, just took the tube out and pulled 12 inches of filiment out!
