I was a patient of diabetes, blood pressure and cholestrol, taking 3 medicines twice in a day, my diabetes was on the topmost border (insulin wali stage). Then I landed up on your video and you inspired me very much that I started getting early at 5 in the morning and i go to cycling for 40 kms per day. 2 Years down the lane now i do not require medicine for all 3 lifestyle diseases i mentioned earlier. All three counts of my diseases are under control and even my diabetes comes under non-diabetic category... Thanks for inspiring millions through your videos...

Great advice! One more thing which I would like to add is that for getting up early, you have to learn to sleep early. You have to control your evening of the previous day and learn to get in bed in time. Your body will adapt slowly and you will build a lifestyle.

I am so inspired by the fact that you told the weak areas of your life otherwise we would think of you as person who never feel defeated as you had been am iitian and then cleared upsc served as commissioner and mba from world's top university

I followed ur advise of trying one hard think each day.. And your recall method for study.. I have adhd and it has literally helped me a lot i can't say its changed my whole life but certainly i can say that its changed my perspective of it... Shall try this one too.. I think over information is dangerous too which is readily available on internet.. Sir masterfull ability to talk about one and only one concept that too in a consice way make u want to try and be better.. I have done my mtech from iiest shibpur and never had anyone make things so articulate and clear... Had i known this all before i wouldn't have struggled so much... Thank you sir...

Exceptional sir, I have met you at Nit Trichy, whenever i read your writings in Quora, 5am challange videos, I will remember myself when I was preparing for Gate exam, sometimes I would be with low intensity, at that moments I will somehow ends up getting connected with you through videos it again sets fire.... hello sir....myself shradha lokhande ...i too serve in the Police force in maharashtra in Thane district as a constable... after listening to your videos and implementing it i found myself productive....from getting up early to the end of the day i use to feel m just busy and not productive....but yes ican surely say i live a productive life by studying, gyming, having control on anger, frustration etc that actually leads to me to a peacefull life... by implementing your words i felt i dont want to be rich but just wanted to be happy and become something that i should he serving in a more productive way....m studying for mpsc for Dy.SP...bless me🙂

Make Your most important task to be completed early in the morning so you have to sleep early and so you will have this thought in back of the mind that anyhow you have to wake up in the morning to complete that task..Task Should be Very important Which is responsible for your Next hours of happiness

I was skeptical about this thought or say feeling that seeing you I have got someone who directly touched soul and made our mind clear about things practically. But after going through the comments section I found that almost every person commenting has the same feeling like I have for you sir.
