Thank you for properly aligning and flipping between images, I tried comparing them side by side and it was difficult to tell which star was a star that the higher resolution picked up vs what was in the hubble image

No one can be staring back at us from another galaxy. We haven't been around long enough.

Beyond fascinating. The human race, in the short instant it has existed has managed to cast multiple vehicles into the cosmos; two of which are now in interstellar space. Given the vastness of time and the unimaginable number of worlds, why isn't the universe full of vessels from countless civilizations?

You said they are 5B years away and they could be looking at us with there telescope,
But If they are 5B years away Earth is younger than that and our lights wouldn't have time to reached that far .

I remember once watching a video about how galaxies can appear multiple times due to lensing. That the light travelling one one path may take longer than another so we can see large astronomical events play out multiple times from multiple angles. It would be great to have a short of even a full length video about this phenomenon. I'd love to hear more about it.
