I made Neapolitan style pizza for eight months and it’s still my favorite pizza. The charred taste isn’t for everyone and it’s not a super cheesy pizza but the simple combination of good olive oil, San marzano tomato’s, fresh basil, and homemade mozzarella with a sprinkle of pecorino Romano once it’s out of the oven is amazing
