In this video, I run through ten (10) quick tips for how you can -- hopefully!!! -- reduce your risk for Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of cognitive impairment and dementia.

In slogan form, these ten strategies (explained more fully in the presentation) can be listed as:

(1) "Eat Right"
(2) Eat Less
(3) Supplement
(4) "Spice Up" Your Life
(5) Drink Pure Water
(6) "Move" More
(7) Sit Less
(8) Stimulate Your Brain
(9) Turn Off the Television (T.V.)
(10) Manage Stress / Sleep

Caveat: Bear in mind that the precise cause(s) of Alzheimer's Disease is (are) at present unknown. Or, at least, no definitive cause is agreed upon. Therefore, these suggestions cannot guarantee that you will avoid being stricken with dementia. But! We're all in the same boat, on that one. I'm trying to reduce my risk as well, and these tips, at present, are arguably the best we have to go on -- and seem better than nothing.
