It has been several days since I've been trying to create an application status tracker account, but I am not receiving any code on my email. Can you please provide a solution as to why the code is not being received? I have checked spam and junk folders as well, but there is no email containing the code.

i try creating an account using correct and exact details but it says "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet." My application is with them for so long and my family is already done with their medical. When I called to IRCC they said that they will update and yet I can't still register to the Tracker.

Your videos really helpful, but i have a concern regarding my student visa application, I am a solo applicant on my GcKey Bio and Medical already been reflected i would like to know if there's a progress about my application since i lodged my application like 2 months ago, so i decided to create a Tracker account but i cant proceed to Next step :(, UCI and Application number has been provided but why i cant still access my Application Tracker? Is it true that those who cant access tracker mainly get a huge chances of refusal? Hope i can get a response from you. Thank you :
