I make Pesto the same way, but after I use the chopper with the same ingredients, I turn in pecorino romano with the basil mix and put on Farfalle Pasta. Delicious! You use the sweet basil like me. Beautiful.

You are the best.  You remind me of my Grandpa also Pasquale.  He had the same garden and was the oldest of 11 kids.  His last two sisters are still alive and live in Dobbs Ferry NY in the house they built in 1922.  They made their own wine, beer liquor and have made the best Italian food for almost 100 years.  Bona Natale to you and yours.
