Fun fact. Because time is relative and black holes have an incredible effect on the fabric of space time. For ants or bacteria, earth size feel the same as we are feeling for the size of this black hole. So may be the huge galaxies are huge because of our tiny size. And it's all about viewers size relatively.

And the fact that black holes are just the crushed remains of the center of stars means that star was unbelievably enormous when it was young
