Actually, Castor Oil has worked for me for growth of eyelashes, eyebrows and my hair. The hair growth has been substantial.

Great content as always, but I wanted to comment on the use of Latisse for lash growth! Latisse lipids), and this has been known to age the eyes as well as permanently discolor the lids, cause dry eye, and irritated eyes as well.

We now actually encourage our clients to read labels and realize that prostaglandins may be hidden under different names, so just be careful of eyelash growth serums. There are several on the market that do not contain prostaglandins.
Here's a list of ingredients used in serums, which should be avoided.

Isopropyl Cloprostenate.
Bitamoprost
Isopropanol Phenyl-hydroxy-pentene

Dechloro Dihydroxy Difluoro
Ethylcloprostenolamide

That plug of his retinol moisturizer is $84 for 1.7oz, about the size of a tube of neosporin...for $84...retinol. My prescription tretinoin is cheaper for a 3 month supply! The ordinary makes a really good retinol.

For my oily skin it's much more efficient to use exfoliating toner with low percentages of acids every day, than to use The Ordinary peel 1-2 times a week, since my skin doesn't react well to high percentages of acids, but my pores get very clogged daily because of pollution in the air, mostly...

Latisse contains prostaglandins which has some undesirable side effects. I developed meibomian gland dysfunction but luckily I didn’t get permanent discoloring of eyelid skin and darkening of my iris. Orbital fat loss from the prostaglandins is also a risk.

Pro tip when I make my bed I put like ten pillow cases on my pillow and peel one off every night before bed that way I at least am not giving my face more reasons to break out

How funny. I have an annoying habit of picking at my eyebrows (and lashes by the way) and my eyebrows were super thin and barely there, about 75% of my brows were gone. A friend told me to try castor oil. I did so with a q-tip about 2-3 times a week, sometimes skipped a week. My eyebrows grew all the way back to normal, even the tail of my eyebrows. Completely grown-in and restored. I was shocked that it worked.

I have Rosacea & I find it helps to prevent flair ups if I wash my pillowcases every other day. It's really not that hard to do. Extra pillowcases aren't that expensive.

The 1st time I used tretinoin, Retin-A on my neck, I very lightly used it + shockingly, 2 days later my neck was smooth.

I cleaned it off in the morning + put on pure organic raw shea butter. The next day I took a double take in the mirror bc I couldn’t believe it, turned my neck side to side + was pleasantly surprised :)

Dr. Youn could you do a gua sha tutorial. Tools. Different shapes. Different areas for different shapes. The best oils for your skin while using tools. When to gua sha.... Just starting to use these tools and would ♥️ pro advice. Are they good for TMJ relief? Good for abdominal massage? So many questions... so much info out there 😳

5:12 100 percent agree i applied tretnoin on my face and chest because i had already heard neck can't tolerate it but then got tretnoin burns on my chest severe red burns which burns . Applying Vaseline daily there since 3 days
