The House of Representatives needs to make it a law that if Police Officers turn off or mute their body cameras during any time they are conducting any investigation they will be prosecuted for tampering with evidence! 👍👍👍

I was recently pulled over in rural Utah. The speed limit was 65, my cruise was set to 65, and was told I was pulled over for going 86! The officer who radared me was not the officer that pulled me over, as it was a sting operation. When my wife and I responded that we were not speeding, he immediately claimed he smelled alcohol and that we were in fact going 86 mph, claimed my big tires was why! I responded that I use a GPS that records my speed, and guess what happened next? Field sobriety test! I said you know I have proof of my speed and that he had made an error, and him pulling me over was not justified! He asked me to exit my vehicle so he could check that I was able to drive safely! I informed him that he had no probable cause to pull me over, as I was not speeding and that was an unlawful request! He then said, no shit "I don't smell alcohol now and you are free to go!

I don’t have the balls to say “I don’t answer questions” repeatedly and then cite case law telling them unless they reasonably believe they need to search me for weapons, I do not need to get out of the car. We need plenty more videos like this so it can reenforce the public confidence in their own rights when dealing with officers like this.
